General Conditions

Dioses is completely available to clarify any point of this document so that its acceptance is free from defects.

A - Introduction
These general conditions of sale (hereinafter only "Terms") govern the sale of products marketed by Marina Trotta Dioses of Lorraine (hereinafter only "Dioses"). All contracts entered into to purchase products through the site www.dioses.it and according to the procedures described above, between the seller and the customer will be governed by these Terms.
B - Acceptance of general conditions of sale
1. C - How to Purchase
1. Customer may only purchase products in the electronic catalog Dioses when placing your order and is available at (URL) http://www.dioses.it, as described in the relevant information sheets. 2. Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Dioses through an answer via e-mail, sent to the email address supplied by the customer. D - Payment
Bank Transfer

E-Delivery -
Dioses not ship at Mail Boxes and companies that provide debit services.
Delivery costs are charged to the customer and are shown explicitly at the time of order placement. Payment of the goods by the customer will be using the method of bank transfer as described above
The delivery of goods ordered housing plan means weighing up to 30kg.
The goods are always made with packaging by the producer or in cardboard boxes properly sealed.
If the customer has agreed with the organization of the expedition through Dioses. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check:

G - Shipping fees

H - Return Policy
1. According to Art. 64 and ff of Legislative Decree no. No 206/2005, if the customer is a consumer (ie an individual who purchases goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does the purchase by indicating in the order form at Dioses a reference to VAT), has the right to terminate the purchase contract for any reason without penalty and except as noted in paragraph 3 below.

3. The right of withdrawal is subject to the following mandatory conditions:

4. Notwithstanding any repair costs for damages assessed original packing, Dioses will refund the customer the full amount already paid as quickly as possible and within 30 days of receipt of the notice of termination, upon receipt of the goods that the termination, through the transfer procedure of the amount charged by Bank Transfer. In the latter case, the Buyer shall deliver promptly to the bank on which to obtain a refund (name, name of bank and IBAN)
5. The right to cancel contract totally, for lack of the essential integrity of the property (package and / or its contents), where it finds Dioses:

The costs and risks of transport for the refund shall be fully paid by the Customer. The return of products that are damaged, deteriorated or lacking in accessories and original equipment will not be accepted by Dioses and will be returned to sender with the burden of transport costs.
In the case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Dioses will return to sender the property purchased by charging the same shipping costs.

k-Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
The sales contract between the Client and concluded in Italy Dioses means and regulated by Italian law. For the solution of civil and criminal litigation arising from the conclusion of this contract of sale at a distance, if the customer is a consumer, the local jurisdiction is that of the reference hole of his town of residence in all other cases, the local jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Forum of Treviso.
